Continuing Professional Development is governed for members Under Part 6 of CPABC’s Bylaws and Bylaw Regulations. Continuing Professional Development is an ongoing program of learning that develops and maintains professional competence to enable members to continue to perform their professional roles. In order to maintain public trust, and to uphold the reputation of the CPA designation, members must continually update their professional knowledge.
Please see the Continuing Professional Development page, as well as FAQs on 4-Hour Verifiable Ethics Requirement for details. Questions regarding CPD and Ethics requirements, as well as CPD reporting issues, should be directed to the CPD Administrator at cpd@bccpa.ca.
